Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our site. By opening a player account, you confirm that you’ve understood and accepted the terms set out below.
If any section of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will remain valid and binding.
The website www.bitkingz.co.za (“Casino”, “Site”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates in full compliance with applicable international standards and undergoes independent audits to ensure transparency and fair operations.
It is your personal responsibility to confirm that online gambling is legally allowed in your location before you engage with our services.
2. Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If substantial changes are made, we’ll make reasonable efforts to inform players via email. However, it remains your responsibility to revisit this page periodically.

3. Player Eligibility
Our services are available only to players who reside in countries where online gambling is legally permitted. The minimum age to play is 18, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction—whichever is higher.
It is your responsibility to comply with your local laws and regulations. We may request age verification, and failure to provide valid documentation may lead to account suspension or closure.

6. Fees and Taxes

8. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk. BitKingz is not responsible for any losses incurred while playing on the platform.
We do not accept liability for service interruptions, technical issues, or device failures. In the event of an error (whether due to a technical glitch or human mistake), we reserve the right to cancel affected bets or correct balances accordingly.
If you receive funds due to a mistake, those funds remain the property of the Casino. Withdrawing such funds without notifying us may result in legal action or debt collection.
The Casino cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or flawless gameplay. By using the site, you agree to indemnify us against any claims or damages resulting from your use.
9. Account Usage
Each player is permitted one account only. Sharing login credentials or creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in account termination.
All accounts are for personal use only. They must not be used for business or shared with anyone, including minors.
Keep your account details accurate and up to date. If we are unable to verify your identity during withdrawal or due diligence processes (KYC), your account may be suspended.
We may contact you by phone as part of verification. If we cannot reach you within two weeks of your withdrawal request, your account may be locked pending verification.
10. Anti-Fraud Policy
We have a strict zero-tolerance approach to fraudulent behaviour. This includes:
- Sharing or selling accounts
- Colluding with other players
- Exploiting bonus systems
- Using bots or automated systems
- Providing false or forged documents
- Depositing money from suspicious sources
If fraud is suspected, we may:
- Freeze or close your account
- Withhold withdrawals
- Report the incident to authorities
Additional verification may be requested, including identity documents, utility bills, or video verification. Chargebacks or misuse of promotions may also lead to permanent account closure.
11. Deposits
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Minimum deposit: €20 (or equivalent in ZAR). All deposits must be wagered at least 3x before withdrawal.
Unplayed funds may be subject to administrative fees. Full details are listed in the deposit section of your account.
12. Withdrawals and Refunds
Minimum withdrawal: €20 (or equivalent). Withdrawal limits vary depending on your payment provider and verification status.
Verification is mandatory for cumulative withdrawals exceeding €2,000. False information may lead to withdrawal refusal or account termination.
Withdrawal caps:
- Daily: €2,500
- Weekly: €5,000
- Monthly: €20,000
Progressive jackpots are paid out in full.
Winnings may be divided into instalments where necessary. If a refund is granted, associated costs will be deducted.
Withdrawals may only be processed through the same method used to make deposits, in line with our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
13. Dormant Accounts
If you do not log into your account for 12 consecutive months, your account will be considered inactive. A monthly service fee of €10 (or equivalent) will be deducted until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.
If you are unreachable, remaining funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law. You may contact support to recover such funds where possible.
14. Expiry of Claims
Any disputes or claims must be raised within one year of the relevant incident. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
15. Complaints
Should you have a concern, contact our support team via live chat or email.
Only the registered account holder may raise a complaint. Disputes submitted by third parties will not be accepted.
Server logs are final and binding when resolving disputes. If there’s a mismatch between the game outcome on your screen and our system, the latter takes precedence.
16. Non-Transferability
Your account, balances, winnings, or any rights tied to them may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another party under any circumstance.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved via arbitration in Cyprus, in line with the Civil Procedure Rules of Cyprus.
